Visit of Russian Healthcare Minister Mr. Mikhail Murashko

Today, a delegation headed by the Minister of Healthcare of the Russian Federation, Mr. Mikhail Murashko, Assistant to the Minister of Healthcare of the Russian Federation, Mr. Alexey Kuznetsov, Deputy Director of the Department of International Cooperation and Public Relations of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation Ms. Darya Shimanovskaya, and the Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ms. Akmaral Alnazarova, visited the National Center of Neurosurgery on a working visit.
During the meeting, the delegation from Russia got acquainted with the activities of the National Center of Neurosurgery, the work of the clinical departments, the department of radiology and radiosurgery, where the Gamma Knife facility operates, and the achievements of the Neurosurgery Center in treating patients were also noted.
The parties also discussed with CEO of JSC NCN, Prof. Serik Akshulakov, a number of the most pressing issues regarding the quality of high-tech medical services and staffing of the Neurosurgery Center. At the end of the meeting, the delegation of the Russian Ministry of Health highly praised the work and material equipment of the Center and wished the Center’s staff prosperity and great success.
