Celebrating 16 Years of the National Center For Neurosurgery

The National Center for Neurosurgery opened its doors to all Kazakhstanis and guests from near and far abroad on July 1, 2008.

During this time, the National Center for Neurosurgery introduced 70 new technologies in the treatment of neurosurgical patients, treated more than 60 thousand patients, performed more than 40 thousand operations, many of them managed to return to normal life after complex neurosurgical interventions. And those who helped them with this continue to work at the Center, saving new lives.

Today, the CEO of the Center Prof. Serik Akshulakov, at the weekly team meeting, made a report on the Center’s achievements over 16 years and thanked the entire team for their hard work, high professionalism and commitment to their work.
